More game development this week, taken straight from the developer’s TODO list and task management, here’s an overview of what has been fixed, changed, updated, improved or generally worked on in the Orangepixel Universe.
Working on a new screen : The Briefing – which will show before you get to select some gear and start your mission. You’ll get some info on the actual mission objective, the environment and a global layout of the area. Also including points to where the power-unit is, and detected security camera signals.
Still a work in progress, but it’s getting somewhere. The story stuff needs some work 😏 but that’s for later concern.. for now, we got a cool briefing intermission screen going
More progress on the briefing, now includes “street/roof/sewer” access ways, K9 info and more additional graphics to make it come to live a bit more
